The Awards Page
The information given here (email address and web site address) is used to advise the applicant as to the status of the application and is kept to inform of future changes in the awards program.
The Memorial Page
The information given here (name and email address) is held for twenty eight days to validate the request and then notify of the posting of the message. This is of course viewable on the Memorial Pages and becomes Public Domain.
Any information that is kept is archived on removable media away from the computer.
Any errors in the information can be corrected or information held be removed by sending an email to the Webmaster
